Had a very cosy outing with burningstarsxe yesterday, in which we fetched chocolate and sat under the willow trees in the park and spoke of cabbages and kings and fandom whilst Lord Byron disguised himself as a caterpillar and a ladybug in misguided Byron-y attempts at seduction (he's a bit like Zeus that way). My poor historical novel looks so weak and unencompassing in comparison: hardly to mention sparsely charactered.
